The installation of gaseous fuel systems (LPG and CNG) requires various skills including technical know-how (for the purely mechanical and elettronic tasks) and bureaucratic knowledge of the legal aspects governing the industry. For this reason, Bigas provides its registered customers with essential support for their work.
All direct Bigas customers and regular Bigas product installers (referred to Bigas by their are dealer) may request access to the password protected area of the Bigas.it website. Other special permission may be granted on specific request, but registration is always at Bigas's sole discretion.
If you are an authorized Bigas garage that purchases through one of our area dealer and you would like to speed up the authorization process, ask your dealer to send us an email stating that you are a Bigas product installer.

The goal of our PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA is to make technologically advanced tools available to registered installers in order to share the technical information needed for the correct use and installation of Bigas products.
In our PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA, yuo can find:
1) Technical data sheet for fitting sequential Bigas systems. Over 1300 data sheets on LPG and CNG systems are available for download.
2) Continuosly update information on new Bigas products, thanks to our "Technical News".
3) Technical FAQs (questions and answers). So you can quickly solve the issues that may arise before, during and after installing a gas system.
4) The current list of convertible cars with direct injection engines.
5) Bigas ECU pin out.
6) An extensive download area, where you can find updates software, user manuals, bonfire test results, relevant regulations and approval certificates.
7) A chance to take part in the development of this website. New ideas, information, technical data sheets, pictures, technical videos, or simple tips which are useful for improving our " PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA".

L'installazione di impianti gas (gpl e metano) richiede una conoscenza che comprende la parte tecnica, per aspetti prettamente meccanici ed elettronici, sia burocratica riguardante gli aspetti legislativi che regolamentano il settore. Per questo, BIGAS, offre ai propri clienti registrati un supporto indispensabile al proprio lavoro.
Possono richiedere l'accesso all' "area riservata" del sito Bigas.it tutti i clienti diretti BIGAS, oppure, gli installatori abituali di prodotti BIGAS sponsorizzati dal proprio rivenditore di zona. Altre autorizzazioni possono essere concesse in modo straordinario su richieste specifiche, ma in tutti i casi, la registrazione è subordinata ad una valutazione interna a BIGAS.
Se siete un officina autorizzata BIGAS che acquista tramite uno dei nostri rivenditori di zona, per rendere più rapida la convalida dell'autorizzazione, vi consigliamo di informare il vostro rivenditore, facendoci inviare una semplice mail dove si dichiara che siete installatori abituali di prodotti BIGAS.

L'obiettivo della nostra "AREA RISERVATA" è quello di mettere a disposizione degli installatori registrati strumenti tecnologicamente avanzati per la condivisione delle informazioni tecniche necessarie per avere un corretto utilizzo ed installazione dei prodotti BIGAS.
